About our group:

HGA Test Engineering is responsible for electrical and mechanical performance of Slider and TGA (write/read functional) to ensure that customers get high-quality and functional products. We are also determining the exact procedure for troubleshooting errors and communicating recommendations for improvement to the rest of the product development team. We are working together with software, electrical and mechanical engineering.

About the role - you will:

  • Ensuring all tests and procedures meet standard requirements
  • Responsible for understanding and interpreting test requirements, analyzing test results and data, making determinations of pass/fail criteria, and communicating results to identify problems with products or manufacturing processes and propose solutions
  • Develop BI reports, dashboards, and interactive analytics in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools to improve and monitor product performance day-to-day gaps
  • Software System Analysis & Design and development on Full Stack Web Apps and Desktop Apps
  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine control algorithms, automation logic, and system architecture
  • Work closely with Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineer, and Design Center by using engineering knowledge and multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and solution to overcome day to day issue and develop long term solution to permanent fix issue

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics and AI Engineering or related field. New grads are welcome
  • Able to use statistical control software i.e. JMP, Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Programming languages
  • Experience in developing programs with C and MySQL
  • Have knowledge and understanding of System Architecture including various frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with AI agentic models, machine learning, and predictive analytics (e.g., Python ML libraries, Azure AI, or similar frameworks)
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) for workflow optimization
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities, high pressure
  • Strong team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
  • Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written

Your experience includes:

  • Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
  • Experience or understanding of element analysis
