About our group:

This position will work with the manufacturing team, the main role is to supervise manpower and other resources in the shop floor to produce the output per master build plan. Moreover, this position will continue monitoring efficiency improvement by applying Lean concepts to get the benefit and cost-saving for Seagate.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data in manufacturing, improvement and help empowering organizations and people to digital transformation.

About the role - you will:

  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Plan resource and organizing manpower to execute production schedules and ensure output meet quality standards.
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Improve production performance by applying data analytics and turning big data into impactful insights.
  • Leading a team to digital era.

About you:

  • People management skills, good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Self-organized, initiator, passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment which requires generate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong critical thinking skills willing to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Quick learner and you enjoin to learn new methods and technologies quickly.
  • Ability or experience in data analytics, analyze complex and large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Good computer skills in MS office, analytics and visualization tools (experience in SQL/ Tableau/ Power BI is a plus).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 600 plus).

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experienceGraduate or experience in Manufacturing operations/ Manufacturing management/ Industry management/ Manufacturing information and technology/Logistics and supply chain/ Data analytics or related
