About our group:

This position is integral to our manufacturing team, responsible for supervising manpower and resources on the shop floor to ensure output aligns with the master build plan. Additionally, the role involves continuous monitoring and improvement of efficiency by applying Lean concepts to achieve cost-saving benefits for Seagate.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data in manufacturing to drive improvements and support digital transformation within the organization.

About the role - you will:

  • Organize Workflow: Ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Resource Planning: Organize manpower and resources to execute production schedules, ensuring output meets quality standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate information flow between upper management and employees.
  • Performance Improvement: Utilize data analytics to enhance production performance and derive impactful insights from big data.
  • Leadership: Lead the team towards digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability

About you:

  • Leadership and People Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Initiative and Passion: Self-organized, proactive, and passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Quick Learner: Eagerness to learn new methods and technologies quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in MS Office, analytics, and visualization tools (experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 600 is a plus).
  • Shift Work: Ability to work on shifts.

Your experience includes:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in manufacturing operations, management, industry management, manufacturing information and technology, logistics and supply chain, data analytics, or related fields.
