About our group:

We are responsible for ComET Service line, Minideck, Skyline, AS/RS, SSA line, STM and MOVEs, spare parts management. Cost reduction improvement by using engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean tool to meet committed metrics for support HAMR strategy and corporate goal.

About the role - you will:

  • Work in Teparuk factory reporting to the maintenance engineering manager
  • Responsible in Minideck inventory management which include component planning & monitoring, replication co-ordinate, prebuild, evaluation and component usage control & improvement.
  • Monitoring and improve Minideck CTQs related to assembly line & service to ensure deliver good quality Minidecks
  • Responsible in AS/RS equipment maintenance
  • Oversee in spare parts & inventory planning, usage monitoring with good record and safety stock
  • Develop visualized dashboard to monitor minideck inventory & quality management include all minideck’s component
  • Failure analysis of ROSA failure, Minideck failure related from assembly line or supplier.
  • AS/RS downtime analysis and establish preventive maintenance to improve equipment ‘s efficiency
  • Work and respond to counterparts in Equipment engineers, Process, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineer, Purchasing staff and Supplier to support fluctuated demand.
  • Be Able to oversee and provide guidance to technicians in technical data for record, application , workflow , failure analysis , equipment troubleshoot include able to feedback & co-ordinate with supplier or counterpart for quality improvement.

About you:

  • Have a good attitude in maintenance service to support customer ‘s deman
  • Good self-development and OJT learning in equipment and engineering ‘s knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills    
  • Planning and Presentation skills
  • Be able to follow up the assigned tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Be fluent in English communication both spoken and written
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Bachelors and/or equivalent experience

Your experience includes:

  • Knowledge in spare part planning, basic automation, drawings are preferred
  • Experience and well understand ComET ecology and service are preferred
  • Experience in engineering field
