About our group:

The Industrial Engineer is working to support manufacturing that executes resources (Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)) to meet demand requirements.

About the role - you will:

  • Plan production space and HPU (Hour Per Unit) to meet the demand and align with the change of product, process and roadmap
  • Execute the equipment & tools to meet the commitment of capacity and roadmap
  • Manage capital and spending to support and demand to meet the company target
  • Apply Lean concept or IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization

About you:

  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Having a good attitude and take ownership of job responsibility 
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Good in both spoken and written English communication

Your experience includes:

  • Background on IE (Industrial Engineer)
  • Background on Lean knowledge (optional)
  • Good knowledge in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing (optional)
