We are looking for a HRBP & Sites Intern in Thailand who is passionate about supporting others' success and genuinely interested in people management.

About the role - you will:

  • Employee relationship processes:
    • Work closely with HR team members to facilitate employee relations efforts.
    • Assist in planning and taking part in activities designed to boost employee engagement.
    • Provide support in handling HR-related questions and concerns from employees.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal & external audit plans.
    • Support the preparation and management of audit-related documentation.
    • Review audit records, operational processes, and compliance with company policies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, team meetings and communication.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications such as emails, newsletters, and announcements.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
    • Maintain and update communication channels, including intranet pages, shared drives, and project management tools.
    • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative support for communication and coordination-related projects.

About you:

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Location:

 Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive. Our Teparuk facility is a fun and active site.
