About our group:

The MHT (Media Head Technology) team is one of the key groups within HGA operations, responsible for building and delivering HGAs used in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) media production. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations, on-time delivery, and best-in-class product quality while supporting the company’s business goals and customer expectations.

About the role - you will:

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP for both Asia and America regions.
• Coordinate and communicate shipment schedules and shipment details with related teams.
• Coordinate HGA pack-out plans and demand alignment with planners and manufacturers.
• Work closely with transportation/logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment traffic and on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipment summaries and provide regular reports to concerned stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain reports related to shipments, standard cost, and shipment history.
• Understand engineering evaluation requirements and support shipment arrangements to meet schedule commitments.
• Support planners in daily operational activities and delivery coordination.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.

• สร้างและจัดการใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order: PO) ในระบบ SAP สำหรับภูมิภาคเอเชียและอเมริกา
• ประสานงานและสื่อสารรายละเอียดและกำหนดการการจัดส่งกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานแผนการแพ็คสินค้า HGA (pack-out) และการจัดสมดุลความต้องการ (demand alignment) กับ planner และฝ่ายผลิต
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขนส่ง/โลจิสติกส์เพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและตรงเวลา
• จัดทำสรุปรายละเอียดการจัดส่ง และรายงานให้กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องเป็นประจำ
• จัดทำและดูแลรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดส่ง ต้นทุนมาตรฐาน และประวัติการส่งสินค้า
• เข้าใจข้อกำหนดด้านการทดสอบ/ประเมินทางวิศวกรรม และสนับสนุนการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• สนับสนุนนักวางแผนในงานปฏิบัติการประจำวันและการประสานงานการจัดส่ง
• ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งมอบอย่างเชิงรุก

About you:

• Familiar with SAP system and Purchase Order process.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional and global teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Your experience includes:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, or shipment coordination is preferred.
