Facility Engineering is responsible for Facility utilities systems, including Electrical, HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, Fire Protection, Plumbing systems, Cleanroom and Building Management systems operation and maintenance.

แผนกวิศวกรรมอำนวยการ มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดูแลระบบปฎิบัตการ และบำรุงรักษา  ระบบสาธารณูปโภค อันประกอปไปด้วย ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบระบายอากาศ และ ปรับอากาศ ระบบลมอัด ระบบสูญญากาศ ระบบปัองกันอัคคีภัย ระบบปั๊ม ระบบห้องสะอาด และ ระบบการจัดการอาคารอัตโนมัติ 

About the role - you will:

  • Responsible for operations, maintenance and repairs on all Facilities utilities systems including Electrical, HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, Fire Protection, Plumbing systems, Cleanroom and Building Management systems
  • Oversee the management of electrical consumption and energy management system
  • Developing, documenting and driving rigorous preventative maintenance procedures
  • Maintain equipment maintenance and performance records
  • Follow company regulations and all international standard including ISO9001, ISO14001 OHSAS18001, BCMS ISO22301 and local regulation

  • รับผิดชอบในการดูแลระบบปฎิบัตการ บำรุงรักษา และ ซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรของ ระบบสาธารณูปโภค อันประกอบไปด้วย ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบระบายอากาศ และ ปรับอากาศ ระบบลมอัด ระบบสูญญากาศ ระบบปัองกันอัคคีภัย ระบบปั๊ม ระบบห้องสะอาด และ ระบบการจัดการอาคารอัตโนมัติ
  • ดูแล และ จัดการ การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า รวมถือ ระบบการจัดการพลังงาน
  • พัฒนา, จัดทำเอกสาร และ บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ตามขั้นตอน
  • จัดทำ บันทึกการบำรุงรักษา และ ประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร
  • ปฎิบัติตามกฎหมาย และ มาตรฐานสากลอันประกอบไปด้วย ISO9001, ISO14001 OHSAS18001, BCMS ISO22301 และ กฎหมายท้องถิ่น

Your experience includes:

  • High Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial with utility system operation and maintenance experience
  • Knowledge in Cleanroom, Electrical and Mechanical systems including HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, Fire Protection, Plumbing systems, DI water system and Building Management systems are preferable
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

โรงงานเทพารักษ์ของเรามีพนักงานมากกว่า 4,000 คน เป็นผู้ผลิตหัวบันทึกนาโนซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของการอ่าน/เขียนข้อมูลในฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ โรงงานเทพารักษ์ของเราเป็นสถานที่ทำงานที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ พร้อมสรรพ พนักงานสามารถทานอาหารและของว่างได้ที่โรงอาหารและร้านกาแฟซึ่งเปิดตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และยังสามารถใช้งานลู่วิ่ง/เดินรอบโรงงาน หรือเข้าร่วมในกีฬาวอลเล่ย์บอล บาสเก็ตบอล ปิงปอง แบดมินตัน ฟุตบอล หรือใช้งานห้องออกกำลังกายในโรงงานได้ พนักงานสามารถเลือกที่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดนตรี เต้นรำ และแอโรบิก หรือเลือกพักผ่อนในพื้นที่สีเขียวรอบที่มีอยู่รอบโรงงาน ทั้งนี้ พนักงานยังสามารถเข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนับสนุนพนักงาน (ERGs) ต่างๆ เช่น กลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้นำสตรีภายในซีเกท (SWLN), กลุ่มซีเกทไพรด์ ซีเกท ประเทศไทย หรือกลุ่มพ่อแม่และผู้ปกครองซีเกท เอเชีย หรือเพลิดเพลินไปกับกิจกรรมและการเฉลิมฉลองตามเทศกาลสำคัญ รวมถึงโอกาสในกิจกรรมอาสาสมัครเพื่อตอบแทนชุมชนอีกด้วย
