About our group:

We are responsible for HGA (Head Gimbal Assembly), SDET (Slider Dynamic Electrical Test), ComET (Component Electrical Test), HAMR (Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording) process monitoring/control and product performance by using engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean to enable multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution, AI and ML development and alignment to the infra-structure in order to deliver committed goal metrics which are aligned to company goals. 

About the role - you will:

  • Understand and have good multiple skills in Overall HGA processes including L-Slider (Laser-Slider), ComET/SDET and HGA processes
  • Be responsible for Mechanical and/or Electrical performance metrics to deliver goals
  • Create Work Order and Process flow/requirements to provide build instruction of evaluation and improvement as required
  • Prelim data analysis to scope down/point out area of issue
  • Conduct process/product improvement and align to assignments/tasks
  • Handle Quantitative and Qualitative analysis skills to determine root cause and recommend solution inconclusive summary

About you:

  • Excellent attitude and teamwork-oriented to support organization, company and business requirements
  • Good self-development and OJT (On the job training) learning in process/product knowledge and Engineering knowledge
  • Good in logical thinking
  • Ready to learn and understand new technology especially in electrical and mechanical field
  • Able to communicate and understand the requirement of the customer, both from internal team and difference department
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Good follow up of assigned tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in both Thai and English communication
  • Able to work out of office hour for some cases
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or engineering field-related experience is required

Your experience includes:

  • Knowledge in analysis skills, problem-solving tools and decision making
  • Effectively understand and interpreting statistical data
  • Fundamental knowledge in AI and ML awareness
