About the role - you will:

  • Provide hands-on IT Support to employees across different locations, ensuring smooth technical operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Manage IT systems, including Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, VPN, cloud platforms.
  • Implement security best practices, including identity management, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.

  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies to modernize IT support operations.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in IT Support (L1/L2) or IT Service Desk.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with IT automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RDP).
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshwork).
