About our group:

Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programs for employees, contractor that encompass government health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace. Training employees on the importance of health and safety on the job.

About the role - you will:

  • Key safety programs are EHS Training, Contractor Safety, Hot Work, Confine Space, Risk Assessment, EHS Legal assessment and Incident Investigation
  • Facilitates site compliance with Thailand regulations and Seagate EHS requirements including EHS reports according to local government, Seagate and other related requirements
  • Cooperates with all functions to continue integration of EHS programs with operations
  • Conduct and participate in the incident and accident investigation with concise definition of root cause and execution of corrective action
  • Conduct routine assessments of EHS programs, identifying and addressing gaps
  • Provide safety and environmental programs expertise to the site operations team, presenting metrics and program status
  • Conducts and supports on employee training program
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position)

About you:

  • Has management skill, good relationship and can work independently
  • Have in-depth knowledge of safety legislation and procedures/processes
  • Program management skill with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skill both Thai and English and ability to relate well and all levels and functions
  • Expertise in developing and delivering presentations and training
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Your experience includes:

  • Job typically requires a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in occupational health & safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or in related fields
  • At least 3-4 years of program leader experience. Registered Professional Safety Officer is preferable
  • Experience in comprehensive workplace safety and compliance programs and direct experience in Equipment Safety, Ergonomics, Contractor Safety, EMS committee, Legal evaluation and compliance, Hazard Identification and Risk assessment, EHS training
  • Ability to understand ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 components and activities
  • Work experience in Multi-National Company will be benefit
  • TOEIC Score at lease 550
