About the role - you will:

•    Develop AI-driven solutions for anomaly detection in manufacturing processes

•    Work closely with mentors to develop automated root cause analysis solutions for drift anomalies in complex hard drive manufacturing processes 

•    Assist in the design and development of advanced drift detection techniques, both univariate and multivariate, tailored for tabular and time series datasets.  

•    Explore various algorithms to ensure the detection techniques are robust and reliable across different data scenarios 

•    Refine and optimize detection techniques to meet production deployment requirements, focusing on practical constraints such as the need to process millions of records in batch mode using reasonable computing resources #internship

About you:

Your experience includes:

•    Proficient in Python and Machine Learning
•    Strong data analysis skills are essential
•    Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field 
•    Experience with data science and AI technologies through past projects is a plus

Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive. Our Teparuk facility is a fun and active site.
