About our group:

Trace Gimbal Assembly Mechanical Integration (TGA MI) will serve as the liaison between Recording Head Technology Team (RHT), Trace Gimbal Assembly (TGA) and HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) mechanical designs, Process and Product Development Integration Team and Factory in Thailand. We are working together for the designed activities and mechanical evaluation to ensure best practices are followed and experiments are properly controlled. This also includes critical data collected and leading Failure Analysis (FA) investigation plan to narrow down the root cause and come up with a solution to improve time and quality of learning.   

About the role - you will:

  • Develop data Pipeline for merging, cleaning, and preparing measurement data
  • Create correlation analysis, heatmaps, and KPI dashboards
  • Automate report generation and visualization
  • Collaborate with team to deliver a working solution within 3 months #internship

About you:

  • Strong Interest in coding and data visualization, with ability to implement using Python libralies
  • Hands-on experience in Python programming (Pandas, Plotly, Excel)
  • Ability to Build and debug data pipelines for multi-source datasets
  • Understanding of data cleaning, handling, merging, and structuring
  • Self-Driven,able to learn and solve problems independently

Your experience includes:

  • Hands on experience wirg real-world engineering data
  • Exposure to tolls like JMP, Excel
  • Build and end-to-end data pipeline from raw data to automated report
