Global Packaging Engineering supports packaging development and compliance across Seagate’s worldwide operations. We work closely with Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, and IT teams to drive sustainable and regulatory-compliant packaging solutions.

About the role - you will:

Develop and maintain packaging compliance databases, master data repositories, and data platforms.

Build workflows to collect, cleanse, validate, and standardize packaging data from multiple systems and suppliers.
Create dashboards, reports, and analytics tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Support automation of compliance reporting and data management processes.
Support PPWR, EPR, SB343, and other sustainability compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and business processes.
Support material mapping, packaging attribute management, and compliance data collection activities #internship

About you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, databases, and process improvement concepts.
• Experience working with data in Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or analytical projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and work with large datasets from multiple sources.

Our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of ahard disk drive.Our Teparuk facility is a fun and active site.
