About our group:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Factory Business Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. The BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, factory operations, and IT teams. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications to enhance efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation within the factory environment.

About the role - you will:

  • Work closely with factory operations, production, and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and document functional and technical requirements for manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, FIS, IoT platforms, etc.).
  • Support system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects within the factory.
  • Develop use cases, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Act as a liaison between production staff, engineering teams, and software developers.
  • Provide support in testing (UAT, system testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • English proficiency both in writing and speaking.
  • New graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of factory processes such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and factory digitalization tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Siemens, or equivalent).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, or similar process-mapping tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience in data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic database concepts.
  • Having background in software development is an advantage. (C#, PHP, dotNET etc.)
  • Having background in Hard Disk Manufacturing is an advantage.
