About our group:

Operations Quality & Analytics organization help to protect and improve Seagate’s Total Customer Experience Develop, deploy, and sustain End-to-End Quality Analytics and Processes to provide trusted, actionable in formation enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD issue. Operations Quality Analytics Tool & System Development Team supports OQ&A function teams in both data analytics and tool/system development.

About the role - you will:

· Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the organization's quality management systems.

· Collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance teams, etc., to ensure seamless integration of quality systems and processes and develop and update quality procedures and documentation.

· Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze quality-related data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

· Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and quality metrics.

· Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

About you:

Adaptability: willingness to learn, adapt to changing requirements and stay current with new technology developments. 

· Reliable: Able to fulfill responsibilities and obligations within a timely manner.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting system issues.

· English proficiency: can communicate well in both speaking and writing.

Your experience includes:

· Basic Programming Skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

· Database Knowledge. Understanding of SQL and basic NoSQL databases.

· Data Processing, Familiarity with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and basic data management concepts.

· Big Data Tools. A basic understanding of tools like Hadoop or Spark can be advantageous.

Teparuk, Thailand
