ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการโรงงานเทพารักษ์ มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการประกอบและทดสอบฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ ควบคุมคุณภาพและต้นทุน และส่งมอบฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ให้กับลูกค้าได้ทันเวลา ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเทพารักษ์เป็นทีมที่น่าตื่นเต้นและมีแรงบันดาลใจ ในบทบาทนี้ และคุณจะมีโอกาสพัฒนาตัวเอง

About the role - you will:

  • รับผิดชอบในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิต ได้แก่ การจัดส่ง ประกอบ ตรวจสอบด้วยสายตา ขนถ่ายสินค้า บรรจุ แกะบรรจุ เช็ด ล้าง แยกประเภท ควบคุมเครื่องจักรกึ่งอัตโนมัติ ใช้เครื่องมือบางชนิด หยิบและวาง ติดและลอกชิ้นส่วน
  • ปฏิบัติงานตามเอกสารกระบวนการ หรือคำสั่งที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร คำสั่งด้วยวาจา
  • เรียนรู้ทักษะในการทำงานและนโยบาย ระเบียบของบริษัท เพื่อใช้ในการทำงานตามหน้าที่ประจำ
  • ทำงานภายใต้การดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด
  • ควบคุมเครื่องจักรหรืออุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อผลิตสินค้า บริการ

About you:

  • สามารถที่จะทำงาน 12 ชั่วโมงอย่างถาวรทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน
  • สามารถอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้
  • ประกาศนียบัตรมัธมศึกษาตอนต้นหรือเทียบเท่า

โรงงานเทพารักษ์ของเรามีพนักงานมากกว่า 4,000 คน เป็นผู้ผลิตหัวบันทึกนาโนซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของการอ่าน/เขียนข้อมูลในฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ โรงงานเทพารักษ์ของเราเป็นสถานที่ทำงานที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ พร้อมสรรพ พนักงานสามารถทานอาหารและของว่างได้ที่โรงอาหารและร้านกาแฟซึ่งเปิดตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และยังสามารถใช้งานลู่วิ่ง/เดินรอบโรงงาน หรือเข้าร่วมในกีฬาวอลเล่ย์บอล บาสเก็ตบอล ปิงปอง แบดมินตัน ฟุตบอล หรือใช้งานห้องออกกำลังกายในโรงงานได้ พนักงานสามารถเลือกที่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดนตรี เต้นรำ และแอโรบิก หรือเลือกพักผ่อนในพื้นที่สีเขียวรอบที่มีอยู่รอบโรงงาน ทั้งนี้ พนักงานยังสามารถเข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนับสนุนพนักงาน (ERGs) ต่างๆ เช่น กลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้นำสตรีภายในซีเกท (SWLN), กลุ่มซีเกทไพรด์ ซีเกท ประเทศไทย หรือกลุ่มพ่อแม่และผู้ปกครองซีเกท เอเชีย หรือเพลิดเพลินไปกับกิจกรรมและการเฉลิมฉลองตามเทศกาลสำคัญ รวมถึงโอกาสในกิจกรรมอาสาสมัครเพื่อตอบแทนชุมชนอีกด้วย
