Staff Analyst - Technology and Portfolio Management (TPM) Lead

About our group:

This team is responsible for Technology and Portfolio Management Legacy software

About the role - you will:

  • Receive and documents requirements for TPM (Technology and Portfolio Management) from TPM-US and business leads.  
  • Work together with TPM-US team and contractors, ensuring delivery of given functional milestones on time, being a main point of contact between contractors and US team.
  • Coordinates communication, onboards new APAC developers/QA's and/or contractors, provides status rollup of progress,
  • Ensures priority-based activity, coordinates integration testing and staging promotions.
  • Creates and assigns JIRA issues for APAC developers as needed to support EIT-US needs.

About you:

  • Well versed of working with onsite/offshore model and leading teams in different geographies
  • Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Able to work with professionals having diversified backgrounds in virtual collaboration environment
  • Good at problem solving/team player

Your experience includes:

Hands on experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, .Net Core, WebAPI, C#, Git

Preferred: project management, JIRA, Agile, software development, hands on requirement documentation, excellent communication, business relationship management.
