Staff Analyst - Compensation & Benefit

About our group:

As an integral part of the Global Total Rewards Team, the Staff Analyst provides TR partnership supporting the business, drive and deliver TR programs at site. This position will be extensively involved in delivering country Total Rewards activities, particularly in India. The incumbent will participate in activities such as compensation, benefits activities and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.

About the role - you will:

  • Provide support on compensation related work such as ad-hoc analysis, pay budgeting and developing salary range and compensation proposals
  • Keep abreast of country’s compensation and benefits trends and provide proactive insights to the broader HR team for discussion and proactive intervention, where applicable
  • Work closely with site HR on benefits related projects such as the review of benefits provision, employee benefits insurance renewal, and provide benefits proposal or recommendations
  • Participate in HR system user acceptance testing, work with HRIT on total rewards related system configuration, benefits enrollment, and provide functional specification or advice to HRIT
  • Responsible for HR information audits, which include salary exceptions audit and job codes related validation
  • Improve processes and data integrity within the total rewards to achieve high quality, reliable data and metrics
  • Partner with total rewards team globally to design and publish actionable, analytical dashboards & reports
  • Support compliance and governance of applicable total rewards plans and programs including identify risks, prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions

Your experience includes:

  • MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Compensation and benefits experience
  • Total rewards and recognition
  • Insurance programms
  • Experience in working with APAC/ Global environment and expertise in India/ APAC total compensation
