Sr Staff Analyst - Finance Applications

About our group:

The IT-Finance Applications organization is responsible for design, development, and support of IT applications for Seagate Finance organization. We are strategic partners to Seagate business in leveraging IT solutions for business transformation.

About the role - you will:

•    Lead in the design, definition and wide use of the applications that support finance, enhance the effectiveness of the ERP and related applications
•    Plan, coordinate, and direct all activities related to the development and management of applications that enhance business operations, and associated back-office systems
•    Work closely with decision makers in Finance organization and IT cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions
•    Be responsible for coordinating with in-house and 3rd party development team members
 

About you:

•    Strong experience with building and supporting SAP applications
•    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multi-geography teams
•    Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
•    Ability to deliver high value projects
•    Knowledgeable in Finance processes 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication to technical, non-technical audiences, and senior management
 

Your experience includes:

•    IT experience in supporting finance applications
•    Extensive experience in SAP Finance 
•    SAP S/4 HANA Implementation experience
•    SAP Product Costing and Inventory accounting (Mandatory) expertise
•    Deep understanding of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
