Staff Analyst - SAP MM

About our group:

This team is responsible for SAP S4 HANA implementation in Seagate.

About the role - you will:

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Understand existing Business processes, IT landscapes and system architecture.
  • Good understanding of Standard P2P process such as Purchasing, Sub contracting, Service procurement, Inventory, MRP etc.
  • Demonstrate capability to utilize best practices to support SAP ERP Configurations across modules for the business.

About you:

  • Good understanding of Standard MM process – inventory management, direct and indirect procurement, STO. DOA.
  • eWM process - Inbound Processes, Outbound processes, Internal processes, RF framework.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross teams as well as Business.

Your experience includes:

  • Min 3 implementations - should have experience in S4 Hana.
  • Functional SAP experience, including hands on (SD) Configuration responsibilities in S4 HANA and ECC.
  • Must have integration experience with at least one module PP, EWM. 
  • Strong exposure to integration technologies including IDOC, ALE, PI and Web-Services
  • Hands on delivery experience with multiple SAP projects including implementations, Roll-outs and support. Project Exposure includes, Global Template definition, Business Blueprint, Requirement gathering, Process mapping, Configuration to Final delivery and Support activities.
  • Should have good understanding/exposure to other SAP modules - FI, PP, SD, eWM modules.
