About our group:

The Inventory team coordinates with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Planning & Purchasing, and some other related teams regarding Inventory & Supply chain management. The inventory team also works with BOM and part management for finance and costing setup.

About the role - you will:

•    Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Logistic, Planning & Purchasing, and related teams regarding Inventory & Supply Chain Management
•    Manage the inventory for the corperate target achievement
•    Lead PI (Physical Inventory) checking
•    Manage cycle count activities
•    Verify BOM and Inventory transactions
•    Handles unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
•    Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped
•    Work collaboratively with the teams to meet our goals
•    Examine stocks and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
•    Create reports and analysis data for materials movement
•    Provide support on ad-hoc report or query or file
 

About you:

•    Has strong communication skills, teamwork abilities
•    Has problem-solving skills, or a commitment to continuous learning
•    Encompass technical skills, leadership qualities
•    Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
•    Efficiently multitasks and being self-driven work
•    Fluent in English communication both spoken and written
 

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher and/or equivalent experience
•    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 
•    MS access, BOBJ and crystal report are a plus.
•    Familiar with the electronics Industry
•    ERP – Purchase Order is a plus
•    ERP – Order Management is a plus
•    ERP – Inventory is a plus

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees.
