Our organization is known as Slider Process and is located at Seagate Korat slider factory. We are looking for an Engineer who extraordinary ability to take responsibility for cleaning process. The road map of our team is to support future product requirement and improve cleanliness and defect quality.
About the role - you will:
● Be responsible for cleaning process for both current product and new product to meet cleanliness requirement and defect quality. ● Be responsible for finding root cause and improving cleanliness performance to achieve cleanliness target, defect quality and business roadmap. ● Act as project owner and track the progress. ● Work closely with other teams (i.e., manufacturing, equipment engineering, development, IE). ● Be in charge of transferring technology projects from development team.
About you:
● Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team. ● Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, perform under pressure and work effectively in a dynamic environment. ● Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update. ● Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written. ● Teamwork, leadership, well-organization, open-minded and good attitude.
Your experience includes:
● Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering & science, i.e., Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields. ● Good knowledge of flammable, surfactant, and corrosive chemicals. ● Good at Scientific fundamental and Applied Science is preferred. ● Preferable skill: problem-solving, analytical, project management, presentation skills and communication. ● Technical background with an understanding of surface analytical metrologies is preferred. ● Experienced in data analysis (JAMP, Phyton, SQL, KNIME) is preferred.

Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
