About our group:

The Drive Back Test Process Department is responsible for managing and executing process readiness activities, assumption planning through execution, and driving results in alignment with business objectives and operational plans. The department oversees process change management, process control, and continuous process efficiency improvement initiatives to ensure manufacturing stability and operational excellence. Its primary mission is to deliver high productivity, superior product quality, and sustainable manufacturing processes while maintaining cost efficiency in the backend test area. The team works closely with cross-functional organizations to identify improvement opportunities, implement effective solutions, manage risks, and support new product introductions, capacity expansion, and operational performance improvement



About the role - you will:

  • Develop planning assumptions, execute strategic initiatives, and drive operational results to achieve business objectives and manufacturing targets

  • Responsible for driving backend test process readiness, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production requirements and ensure timely delivery according to project timelines

  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives

  • Establish, monitor, and maintain process control systems to ensure process stability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and other supporting organizations to ensure process readiness is successfully delivered to production

  • Work closely with the Production team to control manufacturing processes and ensure output quality, productivity, and operational performance meet established targets

  • Analyze process performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve yield, quality, and productivity

  • Lead process changes management activities to ensure changes are effectively evaluated, validated, communicated, and implemented with minimal operational risk

  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects to enhance overall manufacturing performance and operational excellence

About you:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic SQL for data analysis and reporting

  • Basic programming knowledge in Python and HTML to support automation, data analysis, and process improvement activities

  • Strong ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives

  • Good command of English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive effective solutions

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams

Your experience includes:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive sustainable results

  • Experience in backend test processes, manufacturing process control, and process improvement initiatives

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, data-driven decision-making, and manufacturing performance metrics

  • Familiarity with automation, data analytics, SQL, Python, and digital manufacturing tools

  • Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), process qualification, and change management activities in a manufacturing environment

Korat Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
