Supervisor II (Slider)

About our group:

The Slider Maintenance department oversees maintaining the tooling and equipment in order to maintain operating performance and product quality, as well as developing technology to support either current or future product requirements in order to engage in Slider mass manufacturing with the goal of achieving sustainable or improved operation, quality, and productivity.

About the role - you will:

• Manage, plan, follow up issues and delegate some assignments to team
• Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to hardware and software tooling equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Continuous for improvements technical maintenance skill to repair and maintaining the tooling equipment to sustaining the good performance.
• Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment
• Set up machine and perform preventive maintenance
• Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

About you:

● Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

● Understanding requisition background, provide analysis and method to get high accuracy failure analysis result

● Communicating in a complex technical knowledge with cross-functional team

● Interpersonal, planning, organization and team skills, mentoring, training and presentation skills

● Teamwork, leadership and coach ability

● Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment

● Fluent in both English communication both spoken and written

● Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience

Your experience includes:

• 5+ years of related work experience on Equipment, Tooling, Machine software maintenance. If you have experience in Hard Disk Drives manufacturing is preferable.
• Good knowledge about AB-PLC, Omron-PLC, Microcontroller, Pneumatic system, and close loop controller
• Bachelor’s degree in technical fields required.
• Able to communication in English both listen and written communication.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft excel, word, power point) and the ability to learn new job-related software.
• Good knowledge about cyber security
• Good knowledge about fire suppression system and chemical management.
