About our group:

In this position, you will be responsible for direct supervision of approximately 20-100 operators. Regulate activities in production cleanroom area to meet production goals, quality, and cost by applying Lean concept in there. Participates in the evaluation and discipline of operators and may have input on recommendations for selection and hire of new operators. Provides general production control unit with responsibility for quantity and quality of work, costs, methods. Completes business excellence focused on operational efficiency, safety, scrap reduction, cleanliness, cycle time and Kaizen project. Plans own work and headcount matters with upper supervisor follow RBA.

About the role - you will:

  • Complete production master build plan, solving problems, reporting results to Manager 
  • Plan resource and organizing manpower to execute production schedules 
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, analyzing production performance 
  • Ensure Safety and Health regulations 
  • Monitor workflow compliance 
  • Ensure output meet quality standards 
  • Work with relevant department (Planner, IE, engineering etc.) to ensure the work Successful as planned​ 
  • Provide data analysis summary/statistical problem solving and solution on any testing related issues including product performance analysis #entryelvel

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree  in the Engineering field or relevant experience (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering is preferable)  
  • Ability to work across functional teams and collaborate effectively. 
  • Good English communication skills (verbal, written).

  • Computer skills, including presentation skills​.
  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary.

Your experience includes:

  • Manufacturing operations or related functions. 
  • Good hands-on experience in commercial motion control systems
  • Knowledge of Cognex Vision Pro, Halcon and OpenCV vision system is advantageous
