About our group:

Korat iCare is a section under Campus Integrity Department, responsible for employee services and engagement programs such as transportation, canteen, attire, and janitorial services in production areas. We also lead and be part of many site programs such as Emergency Response Team (ERT), recreation committee, happy workplace, communication team, solid waste management, food safety, transportation safety, RBA/TLS etc. We are involved with employee satisfaction, contractor management as well as internal and external audit per requirements.

 

About the role - you will:

  • Manage Korat iCare services, programs, and activities per plan.
  • Ensure compliance to legal, regulatory & other requirements related to Korat iCare services, programs, and activities.
  • Monitor and report performance of Korat iCare services, programs, and activities and look for opportunities for improvement.
  • Initiate idea to improve the program for employee satisfaction, work efficiency and cost.
  • Design and create media for effective communication regarding the program under Korat iCare.
  • Support team to achieve goal, OKR of Korat iCare functions, Campus Integrity department, Korat Site and Seagate.

  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written) both in Thai and English
  • Computer skills, MS office, excel, C# ASP.NET, SQL Oracle, KNIME, Adobe
  • Data analytic skill would be preferred Excel VLOOKUP
  • Presentation infographic skill

Your experience includes:

  • HDD manufacturing process
  • Leading or supervising team for achieving goal or project.
  • Leading or participating in volunteering activity, recreation, educational, mass, or public activity.
  • Leading or participating in any management system and audit such as ISO, RBA, TLS, Environment, Health, and Safety.
  • Computer programing, data analytic

Korat Thailand
