Supervisor II (Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance)

About our group:

Our Facilities & Infrastructure maintenance team is part of a facility department supporting Seagate Technology operations. At our Korat campus the largest Seagate manufacturing site globally-we ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all buildings, utilities, and external infrastructure that support more than 10,000 employees.

We manage everything from preventive maintenance to major infrastructure improvements across roofs, floors, roads, drainage systems, landscaping, and site civil works. Our mission is simple: keep the site safe, resilient, and operating at world-class standards every day.

About the role - you will:

• Lead daily inspection and maintenance of buildings, roofs, floors, roads, drainage, and external site infrastructure
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for civil and facility-related works
• Respond to urgent facility issues and ensure rapid resolution with minimal operational disruption
• Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage maintenance records, work orders, and reporting through CMMS systems
• Support infrastructure improvement projects and site upgrades
• Monitor budgets and control maintenance-related costs
• Collaborate with production, supporting team, EHS, and engineering teams to support site operations

About you:

Your experience includes:

• 5–8 years of experience in facility maintenance, civil infrastructure, or building services supervision
• Strong knowledge of building systems, civil works, and site infrastructure maintenance
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers
• Familiarity with BAS or maintenance management systems
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
• Experience in manufacturing or large-scale industrial environments (preferred)
• Project coordination or small-to-medium infrastructure project experience (preferred)
