This position will work with manufacturing team, mainly jobs is Supervisor manpower and other resources in shop floor to produce the output per committed plan. Moreover, this position will keep looking on efficiency improvement by applying Lean concepts to get the benefit and cost saving for Seagate company.

About the role - you will:

  • Manage the production with tight discipline on process and cost control.
  • Follow up and solve the problems of production.
  • Coordinate resources such as labor and material to meet production requirements.
  • Be responsible for safety operation of production department.
  • Create and design web application to support manufacturing.
  • Complete production Master build a plan, solving problems, reporting results to Manager.
  • Plan resource and organize manpower to execute production schedules.
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, analyzing production performance.
  • Ensure Safety and Health regulations.
  • Monitor workflow compliance.
  • Ensure output meet quality standards.
  • Work with the relevant department (Planner, IE, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the work is

          Successful as planned.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent English ability in reading, writing and conversation.
  • Proactive, self-starter and team player with good analytical skills
  • Programing, Coding C, C++, Python

Location:

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
