Staff Program/Project Manager (Media Application On-site Support)

About our group:
The Media Application team is part of RMO (Recording Media Organization). We work closely with both drive and media teams on media performance at drive, qualifications, and trigger analysis, and driving solutions.
About the role - you will:
• Coordinate with teams to support media qualification and evaluation activities, ensuring drive loading is timely without delaying the qualification timeline
• Feed Forward/Trigger inventory management at the drive to maintain optimal stock availability and support production continuity
• Media Aging management, monitor and promptly alert the planner/production team to prepare for loading high aging media to prevent over-aging
• Manage DMR sorting and arrange RTV to ensure the turnaround time does not exceed the media aging limit
• Review RMA and FFU quotas to ensure all requests from the drive team remain within approved allocation limits
• 5D document recording for ODT/ORT/Customer failure and follow-up CA
About you:
• Strong communication skills to work across engineering and operations teams
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams
• Good command of English and Thai
Your experience includes:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
• Internal and external customer communication, fluent in English. Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to effectively plan, control, and take responsibility for the timeline and status update
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and organization
