About our group:

The Product Engineer (PE) for managing Product yield, Product Quality, Test time and Technical support. We work with many teams (Design center, process, quality, component level and customer team) to make product performance meet customer requirements.

About the role - you will:

•    Provide yield and test time improvement to make sure meet product metrics without quality issue
•    Support failure analysis in function electrical, mechanical and data analysis
•    Be responsible for identifying the root cause of failure and give solutions to fix the issue 
•    Provide technical support and create risk assessments for any product issue (including material excursion).
•    Be responsible for contacting person and discussing with counterparts when a product has a problem
 

About you:

•    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service 
•    Good Engineering knowledge and data analytical skills.
•    Enthusiastic to learn something new and fast learning.
•    Fluent in English 
 

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher degree and/or equivalent experience 
•    Basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drives 
•    Knowledge of Python, Matlab, C, C++

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
