About our group:

Our Operations and Supply Planning team translates demand into executable supply plans that ensure the right materials and products are available at the right time, cost, and quality. Based at Seagate's largest manufacturing site worldwide (10,000+ employees), we work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and suppliers to balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across the full product lifecycle.

About the role - you will:

  • Own end-to-end supply planning, including shortage management and recovery actions across the supply chain, balancing short- and long-term horizons to meet production requirements
  • Analyze supply–demand gaps using data and AI tools to identify risks and simulate scenarios, translating insights into actionable decisions across cost, lead time, capacity, and demand impact
  • Manage trade-offs and supply risks to ensure continuity of operations and optimize business outcomes
  • Monitor and manage inventory health, controlling stock levels and addressing aging / slow-moving material risks
  • Support New Product Development (NPD), ensuring material readiness and smooth ramp-up, and coordinate qualification activities for new parts, suppliers, and processes
  • Drive productivity improvements through automation and reduction of manual processes
  • Design and develop real-time dashboards to provide centralized visibility and enable data-driven decision making
  • Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement to enhance planning efficiency
  • Provide strategic reports and presentations to senior management

About you:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Effective communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders, in both English and Thai
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and drive results under tight timelines
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented
  • Curious and adaptable, with a strong interest in data, AI, and digital tools

Your experience includes:

  • Experience in Supply Planning, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — with demonstrated end-to-end planning ownership
  • Experience in supplier management, capacity planning, NPD, or qualification processes
  • Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, E2E / MRP)
  • Strong data-analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, or similar tools)
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
