Slider Manufacturing (MFG) at Seagate Korat Factory is seeking a professional who will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for supervising manpower and managing resources to ensure successful product delivery in alignment with the Slider master build plan. The role requires effective oversight of production teams to drive operational efficiency and achieve functional excellence.

About the role - you will:

Lead manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.

Manage and develop supervisors, team leaders, and operators to build a high-performing organization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and other functions to resolve production issues and achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with EHS, quality systems, operational procedures, and company policies.

Support Smart Factory initiatives through automation, digital manufacturing, data analytics, and process standardization.

Lead implementation of digital solutions such as e-Traveler, automated material handling systems, and real-time manufacturing monitoring.

Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion according to schedule.

Identify and drive automation and digitalization opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.

Support factory modernization initiatives by integrating advanced manufacturing technologies into operations.

Utilize manufacturing data and performance dashboards to drive fact-based decisions and sustainable improvements.

Your experience includes:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in production management, continuous improvement, and operational KPI management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with SQL, JMP, Knime, Minitab, or other statistical analysis tools.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, automation, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

Good English communication skills.
