About our group:

In this position, you will directly supervise approximately 20–100 operators and ensure production operations meet targets for output, quality, cost, and safety within a cleanroom environment. You will apply Lean concepts, participate in operator evaluation and disciplinary processes, and provide input for recruitment and hiring decisions.
 You will be responsible for operational excellence with a focus on efficiency, safety, scrap reduction, cleanliness, cycle time, and Kaizen activities. This role also includes planning headcounts and coordinating with upper management in alignment with RBA guidelines.

About the role - you will:

  • Execute the production master build plan, resolve issues, and report performance to the Manager
  • Plan resources and organize manpower to achieve production schedules
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing production performance data
  • Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations
  • Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to standard processes
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (Planning, IE, Engineering, etc.) to ensure successful execution
  • Provide data analysis, statistical problem solving, and performance insights related to production or test issues

Your experience includes:

  • Good knowledge of data analysis and data preprocessing
  • Understanding of SAP ERP workflow and system integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visual Studio, Oracle Database, Tableau and/or KNIME Analytics
  • Programming experience in at least one language such as ASP.NET, C#, HTML, SQL, Python, or JavaScript
  • Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals such as model training, evaluation, feature engineering, and predictive analytics
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data visualization/dashboard development
  • Experience with automation tools (RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with deploying or supporting AI/ML solutions (optional)

Korat Thailand
