About our group:

Korat iCare, a section under the Campus Support Department, is responsible for employee services and engagement programs such as transportation, canteen, attire, and janitorial services in production areas. We also lead and participate in various site programs, including the Emergency Response Team (ERT), recreation committee, happy workplace, communication team, solid waste management, food safety, transportation safety, RBA/TLS, and more. Our involvement extends to employee satisfaction, contractor management, and internal and external audits as required.

About the role - you will:

As a Senior Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise Korat iCare services, programs, and activities, including transportation, canteen, attire, janitorial services, ERT, recreation & engagement activities, happy workplace, communication team, and solid waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements related to Korat iCare services, programs, and activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Korat iCare services, programs, and activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Initiate ideas to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, service efficiency, integrity, and social responsibility.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding programs under Korat iCare.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the team to achieve objectives and key results.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute positively to team, department, and company goals.

About you:

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in both Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, AI/ML, and data analytics.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, activities, and large events across functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic about learning and improvement.
  • Service-oriented, determined, and creative in building employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Your experience includes:

  • Over 4 years of experience working in a hard disk drive or related factory.
  • Leading or supervising cross-functional teams to achieve goals or complete projects.
  • Leading or participating in volunteering activities, recreation, ERT, educational, mass, or public activities.
  • Leading or participating in management systems and audits such as ISO, RBA, TLS, Environment, Health, and Safety.
  • Proficiency in computer programming, AI/ML, and data analytics.

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
