The Drive & System Assembly Process Engineering (DSAPE) handles Drive Backend Assembly Process and the whole System Process. Support new product qualification, providing process readiness to support new product launch and deliver an efficient process with world class quality and sustaining. Manage operation cost and continuous process improvement. Working with a cross-functional team.

About the role - you will:

  • Handle both Drive Backend Assembly and Systems process set up and buyoff, product label buyoff. Ensures yield, cycle time and quality outcome of the buyoff process meet the target.
  • Yield monitoring. Failure analysis once an excursion occurs. Set the hypothesis, design of experiment to find out root cause, suggest the action and report to Engineer.
  • Basic data query and analysis to provide information for Engineer.
  • Ensure process is sustainable by monitoring KPIV/KPOV and Fast triggering.
  • Continuously process improvement through project base.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
  • Be assigned to other tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department and company’s Objectives and Key results.

  • สืบค้นและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของวิศวกร
  • ตรวจสอบความยั่งยืนของกระบวนการโดยการติดตาม KPIV/KPOV และระบบแจ้งเตือนเร็ว (Fast Triggering)
  • ปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านโครงการต่าง ๆ
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ท้าทายและมาตรฐานคุณภาพสูง
