About our group:
The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital and equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)). To provide a plan for other departments that is aligned with demand.
About the role - you will:
Develop equipment and tooling capacity plans aligned with capacity commitments, product roadmaps, and cross-functional commodity requirements. Manage equipment capacity to ensure demand fulfillment and achievement of business targets. Define and adjust equipment deployment plans and realign capacity to support frontline operational execution. Analyze capacity and capital requirements and perform what-if scenario assessments to support business decision-making. Consolidate equipment assumptions, technology roadmaps, and planning inputs to support short to long-term capacity planning. Provide and update the standard documents of capacity planning. Design and implement automated workflows and digital solutions for capacity and resource planning, aligned with the organization's AI and transformation roadmap. Apply Lean principles and Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resource and capacity planning.

Your experience includes:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in the Industrial Engineering discipline and/or equivalent experience Background on IE (Industrial Engineer) or Capacity planning Good knowledge in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing and Slider operation Experience with database systems, data analytics platforms, and simulation tools (e.g., Python, FlexSim, and Arena), with the ability to query, analyze, and interpret data from database systems.
