Sr Engineering Specialist (HSA Maintenance Engineering)

About our group:

HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible to ensure all production equipment in factory are in good condition ranging from high-end robotic automation to precision tooling methodology. We work closely with manufacturing and Frontline Technician team to ensure Automation manufacturing went smoothly in term of Cost, Delivery and Quality for HSA operation.

About the role - you will:

· Responsible for maintenance activity in frontline production cleanroom. Ranging from machine troubleshooting , Equipment setup , Product defect verification

· Support task from equipment engineer on deliverable task such as, install machine part, fixture or even create & design prototype of machine part.

· Work collaboratively with manufacturing team in production line to delivery equipment OEE and production output per weekly/shiftly plan.

· รับผิดชอบงานซ่อมบำรุงที่เกี่ยวของในสายการผลิตปลอดฝุ่น ซึ่งมีตั้งแต่การแก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักร การติดตั้งเครื่องจักร การวิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติของชิ้นงานในสายการผลิต

· รับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ติดตั้งอะไหล่เครื่องจักร ชุดยึดจับชิ้นงาน รวมไปถึงทดลองชิ้นงานต้นแบบ

· ทำงานร่วมกันกับทีมฝ่ายผลิตหน้างานเพื่อส่งมอบเครื่องจักรที่มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ(OEE) และได้ผลผลิต (Output) ตามแพลนรายสัปดาห์/รายกะ

About you:

· Background in robotic and automation knowledge.

· Knowledge of basic electronic, Pnuematic , Mechanic.

· Have knowledge on computer troubleshooting , network is a preferable.

· Have knowledge on Measurement System Analysis is a plus.

· หากมีพื้นฐานการวิเคราะห์เครื่องมือวัด การสอบเทียบ จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ

Your experience includes:

· Can work in Automation Manufacturing environment which required accurate timeline and precise in action.

· Positive and “Can do” attitude is preferable.

· Interest in Automation & Robotic field.

· Data-driven decision.
