About our group:

HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible for ensuring that all production equipment in the factory is in good condition, ranging from high-end robotic automation to precision tooling methodologies. We work closely with the manufacturing and Frontline Technician teams to ensure that automation manufacturing runs smoothly in terms of Cost, Delivery, and Quality for HSA operations.

About the role - you will:

  • Lead the equipment engineering team to improve equipment performance, quality, and productivity.

  • Lead analysis on equipment traceability and diagnose equipment data to identify root causes and perform failure analysis in collaboration with process engineering.

  • Work with the equipment design and/or related teams to provide long-term prevention plans.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create concepts, prototypes, improve current designs, and implement them into the production line.

  • Provide troubleshooting support and create procedures for manufacturing machines while working collaboratively with frontline technicians in the production line. This may occasionally require urgent support during off-hours.

About you:

  • Background in robotics and automation is preferable.

  • Strong analytical skills in statistical control, 8D problem solving, and HSA assembly processes.

  • Knowledge of data science or machine learning is a plus.

  • Experience in LCA automation is preferable.

Your experience includes:

  • Able to work and communicate effectively with frontline technicians.

  • Can work in an automation manufacturing environment requiring precise timing and accurate actions.

  • Positive and “Can do” attitude is preferable.

  • Able to occasionally support the manufacturing line during off-hours.

  • Interest in the automation and robotics field.

Korat Thailand
