About our group:

Material Science Laboratory provides service support analytical techniques and scientific analysis for material, process/ products on cleanliness, contamination and failure analysis under Operation Quality and Analytic (OQ&A). 

About the role - you will:

●    Be responsible for Slider’s new product/process qualification and evaluation support
●    Be responsible for Slider cleaning process qualification, evaluation and monitoring
●    Be responsible for Slider contamination failure analysis, cause suspected providing to process improvement
●    Be responsible for incoming direct and indirect material qualification for the slider process supply
●    Be responsible for ensuring slider incoming utility supply, cleanroom and non-cleanroom environmental comply with requirements and meeting the expectation
●    Be responsible for cleanliness and contamination project improvement
●    Be responsible for out-of-control root cause investigation and follow relevant reaction plan 
●    Establish new metrology for unique processes, materials, and components
●    Establish internal control limits and specifications for uncommon/unique material and component
●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve the problem of contamination, material and process
●    Perform complicated analysis services with available equipment
●    Support specific evaluation and correlations
●    Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction
●    Keep lab instruments ready to use at all times and maintain all instruments in good conditions
●    Supervise subordinates on new sample preparation techniques and analysis
●    Supervise lower-level engineers and technicians on the principles of analytical techniques and others
●    Control and maintain all lab instruments in good condition
●    Communicate the status of projects and progress to the supervisor
●    Summarize accomplishments, issues and relevant assignments as supervisor required
●    Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction
 

About you:

●    Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for the group's results

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemistry, and/or related experience
•    Good knowledge of laboratory analysis methodology
•    Having a good understanding of cleanliness and contamination improvement
