About our group:

Lead, manage and supervise Slider manufacturing team for planning proposes to accomplish slider demand, cost, inventory, efficiency improvement, slider modernization including BCMS and ISO standards.
Participate with concerned departments and teams cross Slider Ops and the Korat campus to deliver BIC performances for Seagate.

About the role - you will:

• Plan and organize manpower to support the slider build schedule with continuous improvements
• Monitor, control, and improve Ops supply and Inventory
• Establish slider build plan and organize the build with related functions
• Analyze OKRs and be able to timely adjust the slider build to align with business requirements
• Lead BCMS, ISO standards, LTS, and RBA
• Provide effective communication
• Supervise and motivate the team to accomplish tasks
• Communicate with related functions and teams to ensure the work is successful as planned

About you:

Location:

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
