About the role - you will:

Slider Operation & Development Integration is responsible for process sustaining, process development, and supporting slider manufacturing through integrated equipment maintenance and chemical process management.

Within the maintenance organization, our team leads the end-to-end cleaning process with strong chemical engineering ownership, including chemical formulation control, contamination management, and cleaning process optimization.

The role emphasizes chemical performance, process stability, and compatibility with equipment systems to ensure consistent cleaning effectiveness and product quality. The team drives chemical-related yield improvement, contamination reduction, and process reliability, while supporting machine capacity improvement per IE model, new equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and technology transfer from PTD.

Additionally, the group ensures compliance with chemical safety and EHS requirements, while continuously improving process efficiency, cost, and sustainability.

About you:

· Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update.

· Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.

Your experience includes:

· Own chemical-related aspects in cleaning processes, ensuring stable performance during equipment setup and preventive maintenance.

· Set up new equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability and process readiness.

· Manage, plan, and follow up on chemical, process, and equipment-related issues, coordinating with technicians for effective execution.

· Work closely with Process and Product teams to verify performance, drive yield improvement, and implement corrective actions for contamination, chemical, or equipment-related issues.

· Develop and optimize cleaning methods and machine conditions to improve chemical effectiveness, process capability, and equipment performance.

· Initiate improvements to enhance machine capability, accuracy, and overall process stability.

· Support machine and process conversion to ensure alignment with factory requirements, including chemical compatibility and process robustness.

· Maintain and improve OEE by ensuring stable equipment operation and minimizing chemical and machine-related excursions.

· Improve machine functionality and process conditions to prevent quality and yield impact.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Process, Development, Production, IE, Planner, and EHS to ensure alignment, efficiency, and compliance.
