About the role - you will:
- Support end to end process integration activities for slider mechanical development across process steps, materials, design intent, and metrology.
- Assist in identifying cross process interactions, risks, and trade offs impacting technology performance and readiness.
- Execute integration experiments including DOE, test vehicle evaluations, and learning cycle activities to support system level understanding.
- Collaborate closely with process module owners, metrology, cleanliness/defect, and design teams to drive technical issue resolution.
- Support establishment of integration checkpoints, learning milestones, and readiness assessments across development stages.
- Analyze development data and summarize integration findings to support decision making and technology progression.
- Contribute to documentation, process flow understanding, and technology transfer readiness activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to strengthen integration discipline and development efficiency.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Physics, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in process development, integration engineering, or advanced technology development.
- Good understanding of mechanical processes, materials interactions, and product/process integration concepts.
- Experience supporting cross functional technical problem solving activities.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with exposure to DOE and multi variable analysis.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across technical teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Your experience includes:
