Senior Operations and Supply Planning

About our group:

Materials Department helps secure the continued success to meet the corporate’s goal through planning, internal teamwork, and external partnership. We work closely with the operations (Drive and HGSA) & engineering team to ensure we’re alignment on job function.

About the role - you will:

• To ensure that the supply of materials meet the Production requirements and product’s matrix.
• •To do Demand/ Supply analysis once the planning assumptions or any planning parameter change.
• •Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering
• Plan and deliver correct demand signal to Purchasing to drive raw materials.
• Work with Production team to enable the execution of Build Plans and Commit plan. 
• To ensure able control inventory to meet corporate target
• Long term planning to ensure able meet customers’ demand.
• Monitor actual and forecast consumption of materials and orders replenishment stock.

About you:

• Able to communicate in English both oral and written communication skills Flexible in working hours to attend either early morning or evening conference calls with counterpart.  
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel to apply with material planning would be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Teamwork and self-motivated.
• Fast learning capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in electrical company.

Your experience includes:

• Hard Disk Drives manufacturing or electrical company is preferred.
• Familiar on SAP at least 3-5years, Oracle/E2E system.
• Worked in Material/ Production Control planning or Engineering.
• Excellent in computer skill; Microsoft office advance ex. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Macro.
