Drive Korat Product Engineering is to achieve objectives of operational effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction. This also includes providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and delivering engineering solutions for new product market launch.

About the role - you will:

  • Be responsible for launching products by strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectieness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability
  • Failure analysis to find root cause of desing/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering ideas for solution and improve yield & quality
  • Can support and provide technical solutions based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business tasks
  • Collaborate wit cross-functional teams to improvement product yield, quality, and cost-efficiency in factory operations

About you:

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadliness and work effectively
  • Passionate about AI/ML technology with a focus on delivering practical business value
  • Able to develop AI/ML tools to support engineering failure analysis and productivity improvement
  • Good teamwork, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effevtively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update
  • Good in English communication both spoken and written

Your experience includes:

  • Data Analysis skills
  • Peogramming skill is preferable on Python, C
  • Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
  • Understanding in Website design and databases are preferable

Location:

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individuak storage components to finished drives.
