Operations and Supply Planning.
The Operations and Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the material requirement, inventory, and distribution of materials necessary for production. This role ensures that materials are available to meet production schedules without interruption while optimizing inventory levels.

About the role - you will:

  • Material Requirements Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials required for production, aligning with production schedules and demand forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply planning, Operation, Engineering and logistics teams to resolve material-related issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • System Optimization: Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to manage material planning from Supply planning to Operation, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuous production operations.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, E2E) and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Your experience includes:

  • 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Korat, Thailand
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
