About the role - you will:

• Perform standard cleanliness such as IC (Ion Chromatograph), NVR (Non-Volatile Residual), acidity, pH, Bacteria Total count test and Corrosion Test (85/85 Pole tip corrosion and Sulfur corrosion via copper wire test)
• Perform Standard Haze test (60C/80%RH, 96 hours (about 4 days) soak component to lube media respective product for OSA, Candela)
• Perform Standard Ghost test (70C, 12hrsàAmbient, 24 hrs. soak component to non-sputter media for OSA, Candela, Optical and FESEM/EDX analysis if needed)
• Perform Component hot soak test (90C soak component to lube media respective product, 5 days soaking and exposed to lubed media respective product)
• Operate and basic checking on laboratory equipment and others
• Perform special assignment for correlation, evaluation and upon request
• Perform standard DHS outgassing sample preparation and proactive analysis
• Perform standard organic extraction and auto disk extraction
• Summary result, sample disposition and report administrative
• Support special DOE, Evaluation, qualification per supervisor assignment
• Support proactive analysis test method cover particle, organic and cleanliness.

• Able to use Microsoft applications, Excel, Power point etc
• Able to understand basic excel macro processing

Your experience includes:

• Electronic and hard disc drive direct experience minimum 3 years and/or direct experience to laboratory experience minimum 3 years' work in Seagate laboratory will be preferable.
