The Manufacturing Data Analyst I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing data to support process improvement, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend actionable solutions in line with organizational objectives. 
 

About the role - you will:

1. Data Collection and Analysis: 
• Collect and organize data from manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. 
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. 
• Utilize statistical tools and software to generate actionable insights. 
2. Process Improvement: 
• Collaborate with production teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the development of strategies to meet targets. 
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs. 
3. Reporting and Visualization: 
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders to present findings and progress. 
• Develop visualizations to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences. 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and deliverables. 
4. Data Integrity and Maintenance: 
• Maintain data accuracy by regularly validating and updating databases. 
• Develop and enforce data governance standards within the team. 
5. Collaboration: 
• Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to align on goals. 
• Support leadership by providing insights for strategic planning and decision-making. 
 

About you:

  • Ability to work across functional teams and collaborate effectively. 

  • English and communication skills (verbal, written). 

  • Computer skills ( MSFT Excel /SQL/HTML / CSS ). 

  • Presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary. 

 

Your experience includes:

• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a manufacturing  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

Location:

Korat, Thailand

 

Our Korat  is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
