The Seagate MSL provide laboratory analytical service with core system called LIMS for requisition, sample management, data entry, report generate, approval process and database end to end across site and other Seagate use.

About the role - you will:

  • Execute system configuration changes and participate in all aspects of system requirements gathering, testing and production deployment.
  • Manage, support, and direct all phases of a HR System program/project or direct integration/interface from inception to completion.
  • Provide administrative, configuration, testing and production deployment support to all team members
  • Provide HR systems maintenance and support with minimum supervision
  • Apply technical knowledge of HR cloud-based management systems

About you:

  • Knowledge in computer science or computer engineering
  • Proficiency in web programming skills such as HTML/ HTML5, CSS/ CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Ability in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net (C# or VB)
  • Skill of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber
  • Aptitude in Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB and also NoSQL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
  • Experience with Data Visualization libraries/tools/toolkits like Tableau, Vislt, ParaView, Protoviz, d3, Highcharts, Processing, etc
  • Expertise in interactive graphics, data visualization, data mining and data analysis
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or other Engineering majors
  • Good knowledge of general IT principles related to configuration changes, testing cycles and deployment strategies
  • Effective project management skills to drive HR and IT related configuration changes, interface changes and HR transformation projects
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
