Quality System is part of a global quality organization, and us responsible for assessing the effective implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), as well as taking the lead role for other International Organization for Standardization/American National Standards Institute (ISO/ANSI) systems in Korat.

About the role - you will:

Role Summary 
The Korat Site PExA Lead is responsible for overseeing the site’s certification and compliance activities across multiple international standards, including ISO and ANSI. This role ensures effective coordination of internal and external audits, drives continuous improvement, and supports product safety compliance.


•    Lead and manage ISO/ANSI registration and compliance for the site, covering: ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management System), and ANSI ESD (Electrostatic Discharge Control)
•    Coordinate and facilitate both external and internal audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely resolution of findings
•    Act as the primary liaison with the corporate PExA lead, managing onsite audit activities and communications
•    Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, including reporting and follow-up on corrective actions until closure
•    Collaborate with functional owners to verify root cause analysis and ensure effective closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
•    Lead product safety audits (e.g., UL, TUV) and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards

About you:

•    Prior experience in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industry is highly preferred
•    Knowledge of ISO clauses and experience conducting internal and/or external audits
•    Familiarity with the process approach and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills
•    Fluent spoken/written in Thai & English (A minimum TOEIC score of 595 is required)
•    Passed TEC criteria (Technical Excellent Community) for Staff Engineer position

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Science, and/or relevant experience
•    A trained or certified ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Assessor is preferred
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
•    A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
•    Risk-Based Thinking & Decision-Making
•    Knowledge in using Smartsheet or equivalent project management platforms

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
